It is our goal to always take our own pictures of the products we carry so that our customers know exactly what the item looks like and you will be able to view the most professional quality picture possible! We also picture items on our site months in advance of their arrival so that you can start planning your decor for all the holidays! You can of course pre-order them with us so you won't miss out on your favoriate things! We do NOT charge you for the items until they ship!

Traditions is a RETAIL SHOP open to the public. Please DO NOT contact us for wholesale orders or catalogs if you are a retailer.

We are more than happy to SPECIAL ORDER items that we don't have in stock, if they are still available. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE TIME THE SPECIAL ORDER IS PLACED. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

 

Terms of Sale:

We accept credit card payment (Visa, MC, Discover). Appropriate sales tax (CA residents) and shipping and insurance charges will be added to your order.

SHIPPING: We ship via US POSTAL SERVICE Priority Mail (USPS). Orders inside the US will generally ARRIVE within one to three days after shipping. Although orders usually ship the day we receive the order, you can expect your order to be shipped within 1-3 days of placing the order. If you have a FEDEX or UPS number we can accomodate you, as long as you arrange for the pickup using your number. We do accept international orders. We can also ship via FEDEX, shipping charges added after the order is shipped and cost cannot be determined before shipping.

Returns:
We do accept returns. However, THE RETURN MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY EMAILING OR CALLING US. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise. All returns must be sent back to us in the same condition that we sent the item to you. THE PACKAGE MUST BE INSURED. If you return an item to us and it is uninsured, and it breaks upon shipping back to us......we will NOT CREDIT YOU. However, if you do ship the items back to us and theY arrive in the same condition that we sent the item to you, we will then credit your credit card for the amount of the items returned, not the shipping costs. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THE INVOICE, OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Special Orders: Special orders require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed. The remainder of the balance will be charged to the credit card you provide when the item is shipped to you. IF WE SPECIAL ORDER AN ITEM FOR YOU, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

 

Damages:
If an item is damaged in shipping, refer to the instructions that were enclosed with your order, signed by Gary. You must take the original box, packing materials, the item and your receipt to the Post Office, where the PO will start the claim procedure. They will send the paper work to Traditions and we will handle it from there.

Store Ordering Hours:

Traditions store hours are Monday-Saturday, 10am-5pm (PST). If you are ordering by phone please try to call during those hours so we can assist you in person. Otherwise, you can leave a message on our answering machine and we will return your call.

Off the Westbound 101 Ventura Fwy exit De Soto, turn right off the freeway drive North about 3 miles to Roscoe and turn left. Drive to DEERING (the street in between Costco and Home Depot) and turn left. We are 3 large buildings down on the right side of the street (west side). Pull into our drive way and PARK IN BACK OF OUR BUILDING, the entrace to our store is in the rear!
