Most Americans are familiar with the Clydesdale horse because of the beer company Budweiser, who has a herd of over 250 Clydesdale horses that travel to events all over the country.  The Clydesdale is a magnificent and hard-working draft horse known for its strength and versatility. Derived from strong farm horses of the Clydesdale region of Scotland, they have been used for pulling heavy loads for over 300 years. Intelligent and agreeable, the Clydesdale makes a wonderful work partner. Wearing a red and green Christmas wreath, this Clydesdale ornament looks resplendent with his golds and red harness as he tromps through a poinsettia field.
