A Department 56 Halloween village accessory. The perfect companion piece for the Wicked Wax Works village house. The owner is a solitary proprietor, making his candles alone in the dimly lit, dilapidated store. This morning, like every morning, he has crawled out from making his wax candles to light the Wicked Waxes that stand outside his shoppe advertising his trade. He doesn't go out in public much, because his one-eyed, hunchback appearance can be a little off putting, often scaring off customers.
