Based off of a design originally from 1928, this Vintage Halloween Streamer Garland has a lot of character to it! Silhouetted figures of spooky owls, cackling witches, black cats and dancing devils are found across the eight paper hangers. Orange pumpkin faces have holes in the eyes to string the ribbon through along with double sided imagery so you can arrange the designs however you desire. This garland is a super fun way to decorate walls, ceilings and mantels on Halloween!
