The Sparkler Felt Runner is made of 100% polyester felt, it has white whip stitched edges and machine stitched fireworks at each end. The background and back of this runner is a solid royal blue and can only be displayed on the one side. The fireworks are multi-colored:  one is light blue with red stripes and a white top, another is red with white stripes and a light blue top, the third is white with light blue stripes and a red top.
