A traditional ninja from feudal Japan was a mercenary or covert agent who functioned as a source of sabotage, infiltrating groups for desired intel as well as espionage.  We can only imagine that Lori Mitchell designs costumes for her kids to wear at Halloween and that this L'il Ninja figure represents one of those. L'il Ninja represents the stealthy, covert method of gathering as much candy on Halloween that his little pumpkin bucket will allow! For authenticity, he has his sword and blade to defend his candy!
