Wearing rabbit ears and thick glasses, his blue and white outfit is a cross between his Sunday best and a sailor uniform with his red cravat, but it does match his red wagon, which trails behind him always. What the other kids don't know is that his wagon is the perfect vessel for collecting Easter eggs on the Spring holiday!
