So every year, Stumpy's mom designs a unique costume for his trick or treating adventures!  As you can see this year, Stumpy is a tree trunk minus most of its foliage, except for two lone autumn leaves.  There is no doubt this is a very cute costume, but it is leaving Stumpy a little flummoxed because other trick or treaters are taking advantage of his inability to move his arms.  His friends Kathy and Lefty happened upon him and as a trick....no treat for Stumpy!...they drew their initials in his stump surrounding the K&L with a heart.  He is really hoping that no one steals his candy, the only way of protecting himself is by kicking his orange and white striped legs, but even then he doesn't have a very good range of motion.  Well hopefully the homeowners distributing candy will take pity on him, fill his orange pumpkin bucket quickly, so he can go home before a stray dog gets any ideas about 'using' his stump for its business! The new Stumpy figure by Lori Mitchell for ESC & Company is the perfect addition to add to your Halloween or Thanksgiving collection....you take the little pumpkin off the hand to make it a Fall figure.
