A Lori Mitchell design for ESC. He's the leader of the band, the well known American figure Uncle Sam takes lead out in front of the Fourth of July parade. His impressive white mustache is overshadowed by his tall stars and stripes hat and the collection of fireworks exploding out of it! Proudly waving his flag and marching with enthusiasm, he has fully embraced his role as Bandstand Sam! Even the pedestal he marches on has patriotic bunting painted along the side which shows his spirit.
