A Lori Mitchell design for ESC. Fired Up Frankie has always wanted to try being a firefighter, with their cool fireproof uniforms and big trucks. Now that Halloween has come he has the perfect reason to put on his red hat and grab his fire extinguisher, there will be no fires on his watch! Getting some free candy out of the deal doesn't hurt either. Happily he walks from door to door filling up his little candy bucket!  Sometimes, staying in character, he points his fire extinguisher at a decorative candle at the doorway, just to be safe!
