He loves to tell people that he and his friend Orvis Pumkin Head Guy are brothers from a different mother, which is why they have those unusual rhyming names! But look at them, they have nothing in common! Leave it to Jarvis to continue to milk the joke for years and years. He loves dressing up Halloween night in his skeleton print costume and sorcerers hat, and he knows if he says those three little words, "Trick or Treat," loads of candy will just drop in his bag from all his neighbors! Isn't Halloween great!
