A Joe Spencer Halloween doll. Dare we say it? This is our favorite Joe Spencer doll this year! Winifred Toad Witch just exudes personality, but if you look a little deeper she has a dark side. She holds a book in her right hand that is all about "POISON!" That can't be good! The description on the front of the book says, "Do Not use under influence of Crescent Moon, Wart of Hedgehog or While Flying a Broom!"  Dangerous and scary, but totally charming too, maybe she will use that yellow star wand that she holds in her other hand to sprinkle a little Toad Witch fairy dust on you... just beware of the poison!
