A Joe Spencer Halloween doll. Effie and her centuries old mate, Efren, are the two remaining vampires of the heirloom pumpkin heads, which were the original vampires. They are both so old, they look as if they have turned to stone. Effie has remained in the same position for centuries, her head tilted as if the thought she was finishing a century ago remains on her mind. Her lips are still blood red with two fangs exposed, and her eyes with drooping eyelids make her look sleepy! The vintage fabrics add to the charm of the Effie doll and the wired stem coming from her pumpkin head can be bent in any direction.
