A Joe Spencer Halloween doll. Efren and his centuries old mate, Effie, are vampires of the most extraordinary kind! Heirloom pumpkin heads were the original vampires, these two being the remaining two of that lineage. They are so old, they seem to have turned to stone! Efren has remained in the same position for centuries, so much so his eyelids seem to have frozen halfway over his eyes, along with a smirk he was practicing a century ago that leaves his two fangs exposed and not much else! The vintage fabrics add to the feel of the Efren doll and the wired stem coming out of his pumpkin head can be bent in any direction.
