In an attempt to thwart her rival, she accidentally turned herself into a pumpkin!  She is prim and proper witch who is ready to hand out candy from her black cat bucket to all the trick or treaters in the neighborhood, but what they don't know is Ophelia is a health fanatic so she is handing out raisins! She is a vegetable after all. While you may be disappointed in their treat, you can't be disappointed with Ophelia's fringed, orange plaid skirt with green knee length blouse and tall pointy witch hat. If she wasn't busy looking so disgruntled, she might realize that its actually a pretty good look, especially for Halloween!  She stands on a wood base that makes it so easy to have her stand guard over all of the little Joe Spencer trick or treat dolls in your collection!  Maybe sneak a Halloween treat in it to cheer her up!
