The covered wagon was a dominant form of transportation used in America by the settlers to migrate west. In colonial times, the wagon was pulled by teams of horses or oxen, making it the primary vehicle to travel the Appalachian Trail or Great Wagon Road until the development of the railroad. This glass covered wagon would be a fabulous addition to a western themed tree or a great gift for a history buff! Its glitter accented top and true to life form shows the attention to detail in this wonderful cowboy era themed ornament.
