Spooktacular Garland

A Glitterville Halloween design. Garlands are great for decorating, since there is a lot of bang for your buck! We love this one because it is black and white, which would look fabulous with an apothecary display and lots of rosettes hanging near it. You can also hang it over a doorway, mantle, or even on the edge of tables. Each letter of the word "Spooktacular" is on its own pennant, along with a skull above the letter that's embellished with tinsel.
