Of course she is called Sweet Onyx Party Kitty, just look at that smiling face and the festive outfit she is wearing.  Michelle Allen certainly does not design scary figures for Halloween, so if you love the more fun and cute side of Halloween, Michelle Allen is your designer to collect!  All of her figures are just so precious, there is nothing scary or mean about them and this little kitty is no exception.
