Michelle Allen has done it again by introducing us to the life of the party, Mr. Snow Jingles! Mr. Snow Jingles just loves jingle bells, as you can tell by his mini blue and white polka dotted pennant garland. The words "Jingle All The Way" are on each pennant respectively with tiny red jingle bells in between. His tinsel trimmed party hat has blue polka dots to compliment the garland, as well as his frilly blue neck ruff. Collect all of Michelle's designs for a wonderful grouping of winter snow people!
