The small pinpoints of light on this fairy light strand are created by rice lights, which give an appearance like fireflies twinkling in the night sky. Other than the battery pack, the cord itself is waterproof. They look great wrapped around a wreath, or draped among a table centerpiece. Requires three AA batteries, not included, and is for indoor use only.
