ITEM #: RHSW15304 Witch Eye Reflector Striped Tree Topper by Ragon House
Material: Glass & Glitter
Retro tree toppers are all the rage! This Witch Eye Reflector style of tree topper is a classic example of finials from the 1950s. "Witch eyes", or the indent of a reflector in a round finial or onion shaped glass ornament, became popular in the mid 1880s and was supposed to indicate the eye was watching over the tree. This two-ball tree topper has a red painted reflector in each ball with thick bands of red and smaller glittery bands of green embellishing the finial. If you really want that vintage look, display it on top of a silver tinsel tree with indent ornaments. You could also display it on a mantel or tabletop, in a candle holder for example.
