Cotton Candy Lulu

A Bethany Lowe design. It's almost Halloween, so this year Lulu and her friends are going to dress up in matching cotton candy costumes. They look so much alike, why not be triplets for the night! Her costume is slightly different since she has light blue striped sleeves that poke out of her puffy candy costume and a matching hair ribbon. She holds a spooky ghost candy bucket and a yellow and white lollipop that she just pulled out it. Together with Demi and Molly, Cotton Candy Lulu makes for a cute trio of trick or treaters in your Halloween display.
