A Bethany Lowe design. This is a smaller version of the large Uncle Sam standing on a ball. Just like the larger version, he stands proudly atop a cannonball waving a flag in each hand. From his tall top hat, to the eagle on the cannonball base, he is an iconic character. It is made of resin with a distressed finish for a vintage look. The flags are printed paper and can be removed from his hands for easier storage.
