Before the Big Top opens its doors, he will stand out on the street corner waving his chenille tail that holds the CIRCUS arrow sign, enticing people in to see the Spookiest Show on Earth. Pair him with the Halloween Big Top Elephant and Lion, or group them together with the larger paper mache pieces for such a cute Halloween display.
