A Bethany Lowe design. This cute Valentine clown girl has got nothing to offer but her love, and maybe a laugh or two as she stretches out her pearlescent heart covered red outfit. Her cone hat, shoes and outfit all have matching white pom poms, but it's her pretty face that really gets the boys going. We're sure she would get along famously with the Valentine Clown Boy though!
