A Bethany Lowe Halloween design. Nobody knows what kinds of spells this Black Cat Witch has at her disposal, though we suspect they're glamours likely related to how absolutely charming she is! Even the little mouse on her tail can't think of a reason to run away. Perched on her toppled over pumpkin throne, she wears a pointed witch hat with an orange glitter band and a little spider hanging off of it. Her green eyes look expectant as she holds a jack-o-lantern bucket in her mouth, ready for it to be filled with catnip and other tasty treats. A white and orange striped ruff makes her look angelic, but get on her bad side and you might fall prey to one of her less charming hexes!
