As a snack, you might just go into a store and buy one banana, but you'll need a banana bunch if you plan on taking them home to eat over time or if you have a large family. This Yellow Banana Bunch ornament would be so fun to hang on a small tree filled with just fruit and veggie ornaments. The banana is an edible fruit, botanically a berry, produced by several kinds of large, herbaceous flowering plants in the genus Musa. In some countries, bananas used for cooking may be called plantains.
