Real Time Shipping Rates
We offer real-time shipping rates from USPS or UPS. These rates are based on the size and weight of the items you are purchasing. We typically recommend using standard shipping as it is usually cheaper & faster. However, if you need to ship to a PO Box, or APO address you will need to use this option. If we find that the online carrier rate is under what it actually costs to ship to you, we will contact you ASAP.

We ship all over the world on a daily basis! We now offer real-time rates (including any applicable taxes/fees) on our site. Please continue through checkout. If you choose USPS international shipping, you are responsible for any customs / taxes that may be levied upon you by your country if they were not calculated during checkout. Only UPS rates calculate customs/taxes and additional fees. *Some international orders may take longer (up to four days) longer to process*. Please note, in the event that an international shipment is lost during transit, our insurance company requires 60 days to pass before they will take action.
We ship via USPS, FedEx, & UPS. Although orders usually ship the day we receive the order, you can expect your order to be shipped within 1-3 days via USPS or 1-5 business days via UPS or FedEx after we ship the order. If you have a FEDEX or UPS number we can accommodate you, as long as you arrange for the pickup using your number. We DO ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INVALID ADDRESSES OR SHIPMENTS THAT ARE MARKED "RETURN TO SENDER" BY SHIPPING COMPANIES. While we do our best to validate all addresses before shipping, we cannot be held responsible for orders sent back to us for this reason. Please make sure that you enter the correct address during checkout. We now have Google address verification built in, while mistakes are rare, they can still happen. If we receive a returned package, we're happy to credit you for your order. However, you will still be responsible for shipping. Likewise if we have to send out your package again, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 with a coupon code, and on some select products. This offer is only available to customers within the contiguous US 48 states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Items marked as oversize do not ship for free. Products that ship for free are sent via the cheapest shipping method which is typically UPS Ground. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes when free shipping is applied. If multiple items are ordered alongside the product that ships for free, then the shipping rate displayed is ONLY for the additional items (free shipping + the cost to ship the other items). In the event that shipping is too much for us to offer free shipping, we reserve the right to contact you with options (including order cancellation). Free shipping cannot be combined with other offers, and cannot be applied retroactively. Limited shipping offers are not valid on prior purchases. Shipping offers may be modified or concluded at any time.
If an item is damaged in shipping, first of all we are so sorry! But unfortunately things happen in transit, but we are here to help! PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY at 800-538-2446. We must be contacted within 15 days of receiving the order, otherwise we may not be able to replace the item. *Please note that we require an image of the damaged product, the outside packaging (with label), and inside packaging be sent to us* either via email or text. International Customers: Please note that a credit may be issued instead of replacement.
We apologize, but we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages or missing packages marked as delivered by the shipping companies. We do our best to follow up with our shipping companies, but more often than not, the matter will not be resolved. Please make sure you are shipping your package to a safe location.

We do accept returns. However, THE RETURN MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY EMAILING OR CALLING US within 15 days of receiving your order. We will not authorize or accept returns after this period. There may be a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise. All returns must be sent back to us in the same condition that we sent the item to you. THE PACKAGE MUST BE INSURED. If you return an item to us and it is uninsured, and it breaks upon shipping back to us, we will NOT CREDIT YOU. However, if you do ship the items back to us and they arrive in the same condition that we sent the item to you, we will then credit your credit card for the amount of the items returned, not the shipping costs. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THE INVOICE, OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
ITEMS RETURNED TO US WILL BE CREDITED MINUS THE 15% RESTOCKING FEE TO THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE ORIGINAL ORDER. SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE CREDITED BACK TO YOUR CARD. It may take up to a week for credits to apply.
IF FREE SHIPPING WAS USED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU WILL BE CREDITED FOR THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE, MINUS THE COST TO SHIP THE PRODUCT(S) TO YOU.
Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times:
If an estimated delivery date is available during checkout, it is an ESTIMATE only. Traditions is not responsible for shipping delays on the carrier's end. We do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible, but have little to no control once packages leave our doors.
Special orders require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed. The remainder of the balance will be charged to the credit card you provide when the item is shipped to you. IF WE SPECIAL ORDER AN ITEM FOR YOU, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
