A Joe Spencer design. Unfortunately, Velma Witch has lost her mate so she must dress in black for the next 100 years while she mourns her beloved. She can't let go of her fashionable ways, and wearing an ugly black sack cloth just won't cut it! So, she has dressed in her best black empire waist gown that is edged in black gimp fabric trim, and she is showing a slight flare for the dramatic with the print shirt that shows from under her gown at the neck and sleeves. To continue the look she has placed a jaunty feather in her black witch's hat. She would look fabulous displayed with all her witch friends from the Joe Spencer line!
