A Joe Spencer design for Gallerie II. Freedom Fran loves a lot of things, from pretty dresses to her friends and family, but most of all she loves her country! In fact she loves it so much she dressed herself up as the American flag for Independence day! Every part of her outfit was made to match, from striped red and white socks and shirt, to her starry blue hat and skirt. Even her face and hair is on theme, with red lips and cheeks, vibrant blue eyes and fluffy white hair. Wearing a red ribbon bow and waving her own star spangled banner, nobody can say she isn't committed to her country!
