We love American folk art, especially when it's Halloween!  Rachel Garrison is one of today's best.  She has a unique style that hearkens back to the vintage styles of long ago, but puts her own spooktacular twist on it.  The Mini Witch Lantern would look fabulous within a grouping of Halloween buckets and lanterns.  You can make her really stand out by putting a battery operated tea light inside her head to illuminate the velum covered eyes and mouth so she will glow from within.  Taking it one step further, Rachel added a orange crepe paper band around her pointy witch hat and orange and black crepe paper festooning at the base for that true vintage feel.
