Who doesn't love a black scaredy cat, especially at Halloween!  The creative American folk artist, Rachel Garrison behind this unique design is one of today's best.  She has a unique style that hearkens back to the vintage styles of long ago, but puts her own spooktacular stamp on it by combing spooky and slightly scary.  The Retro Scaredy Cat would look fabulous within a grouping of Halloween buckets and lanterns.  You can make the sassy cat really stand out by putting a battery operated tea light inside its head to illuminate the velum covered eyes and mouth so it will glow from within.  Taking it one step further, Rachel added orange and black crepe paper festooning at the base for that true vintage feel.
