The Ino Schaller company is one of the last remaining family owned companies that hand crafts traditional paper mache figures, all from materials sourced and located in Germany. Once you actually see a Santa figure like this, you'll understand the craftsmanship and years of experience that went into making it. A green glittered sack thrown over his shoulder, this silvery Santa has a hand painted holly adorned coat that glistens in the light. The base gives it a belsnickle-like shape and is covered in micro beads that glimmer. There's also a secret container under the base that can be accessed by removing the cardboard insert that is signed by the artist. These Ino Schaller pieces are the real deal, and it makes us proud to continue the tradition of collecting that they started over 100 years ago.
